Ruka,Finland was the setting for an extreme weekend for 17 journalists who enjoyed 2 days of activites
On arrival guests enjoyed dinner before being briefed and given their winter clothing for the weekend which they donned and headed outside for a toboggan slalom race
The following morning after breakfast guests enjoyed a 25km snow mobile safari to a husky farm where the dogs were ready and raring to go, guests took charge of the sledge and enjoyed an exhilarating trip around the woods.
Afer a quick lunch in a traditional Finnish tepee guests continued the snow mobile safari for 20km to a frozen lake where they put their driving skills to the test with some ice driving
Dinner was then enjoyed at a wilderness lodge where guests had the opportunity to experience a traditional smoke sauna followed by a dip into a hole in a frozen lake for the braver amongst the group!
The following morning was spent enjoying the unique experience of river floating before guests departed

11/7/2007 :: Ibiza
Ibiza was the destination chosen to get the summer started for eight lucky winners of the Unique Distribution summer incentive.
Accommodation was at the amazing and exclusive Villa Roca where the days were spent chilling out by the pool whilst the evenings started with pre dinner cocktails on the terrace followed by a fabulous meal cooked by the resident chef. Guests would then party through the night at one of Ibiza’s famous nightclubs such as Pacha and El Divino.
The trip ended with a relaxing afternoon on Las Salines beach followed by some last minute shopping in Ibiza Town before returning to the airport.
Although very tired, it was a great trip and everyone agreed that they can’t wait to come back next year!
5/23/2007 :: Rome Treasure Hunt
The White Pursuits team have just returned from another imaginative and well executed event, having taken a group of journalists to Rome for a treasure hunt and product launch.
The journalists were met at the airport by a fleet of classic Italian cars such as a 1972 Fiat 600, and once divided into teams the first challenge facing them was to find the restaurant where they were to meet for lunch.
The final stop on the tour was the stylish Es Hotel where the team’s photos were judged and the winners announced over pre dinner drinks before heading to the trendy Trastevere district for dinner and to celebrate their success!
:: Courchevel - Whatever it takes!
Outstanding skiing conditions, sun drenched slopes and cork popping revelry, the trade mark stamp of another successful White Pursuits ski trip!
The lucky winners were invited to enjoy this trip of a lifetime, staying at the Hotel Crystal 2000 directly on the slopes at the heights of Courchevel 1850, guests enjoyed access to the legendary three valleys which ensured the finest skiing experience. Guests took part in an exhilarating snow mobile grand prix competition, complete with pit-stops and time trials, followed by a heart stopping toboggan race to a mountain side alpine cabin where they enjoyed authentic local cuisine and entertainments by the fire. Après ski was enjoyed at a variety of chic Courchevel bars ensuring that the lucky winners celebrated in style! The success of this trip can be measured by the winner’s determination to “do whatever it takes” to secure an invite for next year’s trip!:: Aspen
The White Pursuits team have just returned from another successful trip, this time with 28 guests to the exclusive resort of Aspen, Colorado, staying at the luxurious St Regis Hotel. With world class ski instructors and a huge choice of spacious slopes the group were able to enjoy outstanding ski conditions.
Guests were also invited to a thrilling birds-eye view of the Rocky mountain range – paragliding from the peak of Aspen’s Snowmass Mountain. Back on the ground the group were then guided on a breath taking snowmobile tour of the Maroon Bells. Dining experiences ranged from an authentic taste of America at the famous Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, to a once in a lifetime opportunity to dine at the luxurious private members’ Aspen Mountain Club. Live music was enjoyed at atmospheric après ski bars and guests were invited to party alongside fashionable Aspen locals and resident Hollywood film stars at a variety of stylish bars and clubs. The stunning choice of location ensured that guests left exhilarated, having had an experience they’ll never forget!8/2/2007 :: Crique Du Soleil
Cirque Du Soleil proudly presents Alegria for its 10th year running at the Royal Albert Hall and its where White Pursuits Event Management took 12 lucky couples for an evening of Champagne, amazing acrobatics, eye watering contortionists and belly laughing clowns. The evening started with a glass of Champagne followed by dinner with a delicious dessert and fresh coffee served during the interval in our very own private boxes. After the show, we took the group to a local Cuban bar to end a wonderful night with more cocktails and salsa dancing!
The evening was a fantastic success and provides a perfect after work activity. :: Lapland
Six lucky winners including their partners and kids have just returned from a winter wonderland adventure in Lapland.
The fun packed weekend comprised of cosy fires in snow capped log cabins, snow mobile safaris, husky dog sledding, tobogganing and a visit to meet Father Christmas.
Families met Rudolf and his friends at the reindeer farm and passed their Christmas wishes to Santa who made one wish for each child come true.
The trip left smiles on the faces of both parents and kids.
:: Bovey Castle
Bovey Castle is set within 368 square miles of Dartmoor National Park. It offers guests a private and tranquil haven complemented by style, quality and ambience. It was chosen by White Pursuits as the venue for a country retreat meeting for 18 guests.
On arrival at Exeter station on a crisp sunny winter’s morning, the group were whisked away in a fleet of Land Rovers for the short drive to Bovey Castle. After the meeting, the Ladies were spoiled with Elemis spa treatments, while the men played golf on Bovey championship 18 hole golf course. In the evening the guests enjoyed a wine tasting session followed by a delicious four course dinner with brandy and liqueurs served in the snooker room. Whether it was the general ambience, dinner or the wine tasting; all agreed they had developed a taste for Bovey and would return in 2007:: Christmas Parties
White Pursuits Christmas parties went off with a bang again this year, one of our favourite venues being at Number One Leicester Square. A contemporary and stylish venue, with a glass-encased elevator, commanding spectacular views towards Westminster. On the evening more than 200 guests sipped champagne cocktails, enjoyed tasty canapés and danced the night away to get the festive period off to a fantastic start!

:: Barbados
Barbados is the most enchanting of all the Caribbean islands, its a fun dynamic destination and was chosen to host the recent incentive trip organised by White Pursuits for 11 lucky couples who got to taste paradise! The group stayed at the stunning Fairmont Royal Pavilion on the west coast of the island.
Their time was spent on the tranquil sun-drenched beaches sipping tropical cocktails combined with exciting and adventurous water-sports and beach activities. Guests enjoyed the shimmering, crystal clear waters on board a sleek catamaran and explored the exotic marine life snorkelling with turtles. The group brushed up on their cricket skills enjoying a game with Sherwin Campbell and Philo Wallace from the national team.
The last evening was a spectacular colourful dinner-show, being entertained by dancers and limbo artists under romantic starry skies on the beach. The guests arrived back at Gatwick with some fantastic stories to tell, feeling both refreshed and exhilarated!

New York the place for great shopping, cool bars and regarded as the 24 hour city, was the destination chosen to take a group of 30 lucky winners for a long weekend break.
White Pursuits were asked to organise a cool trip for a young crowd with a luxury hotel and a selection of good bars and activities but also plenty of free time for sight seeing and of course shopping.
White Pursuits arranged flights with Virgin Atlantic and the group stayed at the fashionable Sofitel Hotel off Time Square and for added excitement the group experienced a 20 minute helicopter flight over Manhatten, learned how to fly the Trapeze on the Hudson River and also dined Mafia style in Little Italy.
The trip was a total success and everyone went home with bigger bags and even bigger smiles!
